As one of the biggest planned projects in Devanahalli, the 50-acre Prestige Gardenia Estates complex is one large area. The buildings are new, and about 80% of the area is open space. There are different apartment floor plans at Prestige Gardenia Estates. The apartments have one, two or three bedrooms and are between 1,500 and 4,000 square feet in size. There is an upkeep fee of ₹65 per square foot for one year that Prestige Gardenia Estates asks for during the whole booking process.
